Beautifully fresh yet complex Gavi from old vine fruit. The blend is specially selected by Araldica's Gavi winemaker, Carlo Manera.

Cortese grapes are sourced from selected, mature vineyards in the heart of the Gavi di Gavi zone.

Aromas of citrus, fennel and green apple. The palate is fresh and delicate with ripe stone fruit and citrus fruit characters, a textural, flinty mid-palate, and a refreshing minerality on the long finish.

Drink with seafood, pasta salads and white meats.
