With the problems NZ Sauvignon had in the past year after it's poor harvest, we made it our mission to find a wine that is very close in style to the New Zealand, zingy, citrussy, gooseberry taste.

I think we found it in this gorgeous Chilean Sauvignon, clean citric aromas and subtle herbal notes. The palate is fresh and crisp with notes that linger in the mouth. There is a nice level of acidity that reinforces its intensity without losing its balance and wonderful texture.
