This Grenache-Cinsault blend uses grapes from vines around 20 years of age harvested during early morning. Fermentation in open-top tanks with gentle pump-overs 3 times a day. Fryer's Cove Winery was founded in 1999 after many years of hard work to create the perfect vineyard conditions by the Atlantic coastline. This unique placement allows use of the natural resources surrounding it, with ocean water used for cooling allowing a much reduced carbon footprint and, of course, South African wines like no others.

Packed with aromas of wild raspberry and a hint of clove spice, the palate boasts smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a seductive round finish.
