A highly versatile wine - made from Cortese, the same grape used in Gavi, giving a similarly tasty yet more competitive wine.

Cultivated in the Monferrato hills in the south of the province of Asti, Piemonte on southwest facing vineyards at altitudes between 250 and 400m. Fresh green apple aromas with notes of grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed, yet fresh and crisp with citrus flavours, almond notes, and minerality on the finish.

Serve, perhaps, with a chicken caesar salad.
